Fish fry later tonight. We’ll see how much I eat….my tummy already hurts :(
changed the blog name so it is less likely to be deleted…
I shouldn’t have to edit this shit. This is my way of coping with my disorder. Taking that away from me will do nothing but devastate me :(
170 calories? eehh…not ideal, but still fits into my plan if I only have half my nightly popcorn! YAY!!! I freaking love chinese food and REALLY miss panda express…a LOT. Also shrimp is super yummy. Scoreee!!!!
It’s OKAY to have emotions
It’s okay to rant, it’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to hurt.
It’s OKAY to feel weak, fat, chubby, ugly.
IT’S OKAY TO FEEL INADEQUATE.Feelings come, and I know it seems like I’ve got it all put together all the time. But I know otherwise. I’ve been broken, I’ve had days where I look at lil sweet messages from you angels, and I’m like, no, I don’t see the beauty in me.
I’ve had days when I feel like I don’t belong in the family.
I’ve had days when I feel I’m never good enough.Don’t just brush it off. You’re human.
Don’t mask it with fake smiles. You’re human. You don’t have to be perfect all the time.
You don’t have to have it altogether all. the. damn. time.6 lil steps to make yourself feel better:
- Give yourself an hour or so, to just cry about it. Scream, shout, feel sorry about yourself. Roll around in bed, be a baby. Be a TOTAL baby about it. Don’t just beat yourself about it because you’re feeling a certain way.
- After that hour (or any stipulated time).. wipe those tears off, and let’s begin working through this.
- Ask yourself: Why are you feeling this way? Where is this stemming from?
- Take responsibility: Is it something you can change? Is there something you can work on?
- Decide on one area to improve on, if it’s something you can work on.
- If you can’t, then let.it.go sweetheart. Let it go.
Let yourself feel, let yourself feel the pain, the anguish, the disappointment. But after than, let it go, heal, recover, and be better. You’re human, you feel. But if it’s something we can control, then let’s get better. Feel, there’s nothing wrong with that.
What you do AFTER that, is what makes you a truly strong, beautiful beacon of light. So don’t go faking a smile. I don’t believe in that. If you want to cry, cry. Because if I truly cared for someone, I want to know that behind that smile, is a true authentic feeling of happiness. If it’s not happiness, I don’t want to pretend with you that you’re happy. I want to make YOU feel better.
Don’t lie to yourself. There’s a difference between positivity and BLIND positivity.
Sure, I want you to smile. But I also want you to know, it’s perfectly fine not to feel like smiling all the damn time.
